Proof21 将比特币公共区块历史与可移植证据、可重现选择、策略验证以及面向智能体的 action-bound 授权草案连接起来。规范和合成离线示例可用；生产验证 API、执行门控、policy signer、MCP/A2A 服务、支付及外部集成均尚未发布。
